The breakfast with egg station and the brewed coffee, for example is wonderful for what is offered.

It met expectations, had a great stay for a vacation. Our accommodation was set in a very central location short walk to restaurants and the center. Furthermore, in the heart of the city.

The entrance to the hotel is inviting and the staff pleasant. Very convenient having Ayalla Mall within 5 minutes walking distance. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, room service was pretty good, enjoyed Flora's fish and chips.
Elavator and hallways in the hotel were a bit too warm for my liking and the meals were sometimes served cold.

The room was spacious with a king-sized bed plus two additional single beds. The staff were super accommodating, especially when we requested extra utensils and an iron for our needs. Checking in early was easy, thanks to the efficient front desk. Dinner at the restaurant was enjoyable, though a bit loud due to live music. Breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety, but the price was fair. Location-wise, being within walking distance of Ayala Center was a real advantage. The bathroom could use better lighting. It felt a bit dim for basic grooming tasks. We also noticed an odd smell in our room that needed to be addressed by housekeeping. All in all, worth the money, with some room for improvements.

Great service but breakfast needs work
The location is ideal, just a short walk to Ayala Mall, and the staff's friendliness. The spacious room allowed for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast was consistently underwhelming, and cold food on several occasions was disappointing. Check-in and check-out wait times were frustratingly long as well.

The location was marvellous, you can visit Asilo de la Milagrosa by walking. The bus stop was 500 metres away. The breakfast was lovely and super with eggs to order and mostly Filipino food, for example, and the piano bar was a plus.

The stay was enjoyable, thanks to the large, clean rooms and a fantastic location near Ayala Mall. The key cards often malfunctioned, causing unnecessary delays. Room service was excellent, but the hotel breakfast could use some improvement in variety.

The location is very convenient.
First of all, I booked a room via Booked.net (I had my reservation number ready and everything) but the front desk could not find my reservation (they said it was not in the system). I had to wait for quite awhile before they made a new reservation for me (what if there were no rooms available?!). This is pretty outrageous, but the people there didn't seem so apologetic at all. Secondly, I asked the hotel if I could borrow some adapters, and they said they didn't have any. Even hostels provide you with this, so this made me speechless as well. This was definitely NOT a "Hotel of the Year" awarded place at all. The rooms are small but quite nice, but overall, my personal experience was very negative. With the same price, I would stay somewhere else. (Not such a great view, no pool, and very weak wi-fi in the rooms. I had to stand next to the bathroom to access wi-fi)
